DO:

1. Regularly Update Your Browser: Ensure your web browser is up-to-date to maximize compatibility and security.
2. Familiarize Yourself with Navigation: Take time to explore and understand the system's navigation menus and features.
3. Use Strong Passwords: Maintain strong and unique passwords for your ERP account to enhance security. Highnix strongly encourages users to subscribe to 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) and enforce password changes. These measures significantly enhance access control and prevent former employees from accessing the system. 4. Keep Data Secure: Be cautious when sharing sensitive information and adhere to security protocols.
5. Regularly Back Up Data: Highnix offers a daily backup service for a nominal fee to prevent data loss in case of unexpected issues. You can activate the daily data backup service by subscribing to the yearly maintenance service. Highnix also provides a convenient backup feature accessible through System Setup, Maintenance, Backup and Restore. Additionally, users have the flexibility to perform ad-hoc backups as needed.

DON'T:

1. Ignore System Updates: Avoid neglecting system updates or patches, as they often contain crucial improvements and security fixes. Highnix strongly urges all users to subscribe to the very affordable yearly maintenance service, which includes these patches and crucial improvements. Neglecting updates can add unnecessary risks to your business.
2. Share Credentials: Never share your login credentials with others to protect your account integrity.
3. Overload the System: Refrain from overwhelming the system with excessive data or simultaneous actions.
4. Bypass Security Measures: Do not bypass or disable security features, as they are in place to safeguard your data.
5. Neglect Training: Don't skip training sessions or user guides; investing time in learning the system can greatly improve efficiency.
6. Opening of Multiple Tabs for Same Transaction: Do not open multiple tabs in a browser to perform the same functions. For example, when creating a Delivery Order transaction, there should be only one tab running this transaction. Opening more than one tab to perform a similar transaction will cause the system to generate unexpected results. However, opening multiple tabs to perform different transactions is acceptable.
7. Large Data Set: If the data set is large, for example, you have 2 thousand item records, it's essential to allow the system to download the data to the browser's memory placeholder. Avoid rushing to use the cursor to move to other fields and start entering data before the system has completed the data retrieval process. This ensures a smoother and error-free data entry experience.

By adhering to these "DOs and DON'Ts," you can make the most of your web-based ERP system while ensuring a secure and productive experience.
