Cessation of Services

Actions Required for Termination or Late Payment

  1. Failure to Pay Hosting Fee Before Expiry
    1. Pay the hosting fee within 90 days after the expiry date.
      1. The service will be resumed, and the hosting will be renewed from the last expiry date.
    2. If the fee is not paid within 90 days, the terms will automatically fall under the conditions of Stopping Hosting and All Services.
  1. Stopping Hosting and All Services
    1. Within 90 Days of Expiry:
  • Your system will remain on the hosting server for 90 days after the expiry date.
  • During this period, you can request a reinstatement by paying the hosting fee.
    • The hosting will be renewed from the last expiry date.
    1. After 90 Days of Expiry:
  • The system will be archived to avoid incurring additional hosting charges from the service provider.
  • If reinstatement is required:
    • A technical fee will apply for server reconfiguration, system reinstallation, and database setup.
    • The current reinstatement fee is $2,800, in addition to a 1-year hosting fee.
    • The renewed system will be valid for one year from the activation date (not from the last expiry date).

Data Management Policies

  • We do not alter your data and leave it under your control before the hosting expiry.
  • Upon request, we can provide a free export of your General Ledger, customer master, supplier, and product master data in a standard spreadsheet format after the expiry.
    • Important:
      • Free exports are provided only upon friendly requests. Hostile demands or requests will not be entertained.
      • If the data size exceeds system capabilities, certain years of data may need to be closed to enable a successful export.
      • For custom formats, assistance can be provided for an additional fee based on complexity.
