Adding or Edit A Customer or Supplier In Banqup
It is important to note that in order to send or receive invoices, user must have the Customer and Supplier profiles to sync with Banqup (Highnix's InvoiceNow Access Point partner). To do that, the step is simple and seamless.
- After a customer (or supplier) profile is created, a button "Add Customer Detail in Banqup" will appear.
- Click on this button and the customer (or supplier for supplier) details as required by Banqup will be sent to Banqup.
- If there is no issue, user will see a green notice indicate that the profile in Banqup has been updated (Banqup Customer Details has been updated.)
- Highnix will also ping the InvoiceNow system to check if this customer is an InvoiceNow participant. If the message shows "204 Participant exist - Customer is Peppol Participant. UEN: 201531332R", then it is a Peppol participant. If the user is not a Peppol Participant, user can send the invoice via email and the email will include a foot note to encourage their customer to participate in the InvoiceNow so that if they become one, both participants can exchange their invoices.
